Indoor Play Area FAQs

Hoot’s Ultimate Party Zone is Albuquerque’s only indoor inflatable gym. We offer a unique experience that may require some explaining. View answers to the most commonly-asked questions.

Socks are required to play

How should I dress for Hoot’s?

Hoot’s is a climate-controlled indoor play area. So, you do not need to dress for extreme temperatures. Simply wear comfortable clothes—clothes that let you run, jump and stretch. During cold weather, you may want to layer so that you’re warm when you arrive but can shed sweatshirts and sweaters as you warm up.

One wardrobe item is always required for play at Hoot’ssocks. If you forget your socks (which is common during sandal-season), we have extras available for a small charge.

What are the differences between Hoot’s and other indoor play areas?

Hoot’s is unique from other indoor play areas in a number of ways:

  1. We are the only place in Albuquerque, NM with giant inflatable play structures.
  2. We do not limit play on an hourly basis. A jump pass gets you access to all indoor play areas for as long as you care to stay.

We also offer open jump times designated for toddlers, allowing younger, smaller kids to play more safely. Children with special needs are welcome during any open play time.

What is there for parents to do?

Parents are responsible for supervising their children in our indoor arena. However, if you are confident in your child’s physical capabilities and social skills, then you may escape to our Parent Lounge. Our lounge offers comfortable seating, free wifi and big screen TV to let you catch your breath and catch up with outside events.

Can we bring food?

No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Hoot’s Ultimate Party Zone. However, if you or your child needs a snack, we offer some quick munchies that may be consumed in the lobby area.

How are inflatable play structures cleaned?

Hoot’s sanitizes our play structures daily with Lysol, a brand trusted for effective surface disinfection. During cold and flu season, we often increase our sanitization efforts. Hand sanitizer is also available on the lobby counter and in party rooms for additional personal sanitation.

How do I know that the inflatable play structures are safe?

Our inflatable play structures are inspected annually by the New Mexico Department of Regulation and Licensing. Our team also inspects play structures daily to check for rips, tears, spills or other issues. Any maintenance issue we find is taken care of immediately to ensure our play area is as safe as possible.
